My journey with the art form began Twenty eight-years ago without any informal training. Journey from black white photography to now digital. I am a self-taught photographer from Udaipur, currently based in Mumbai. I was born in a small town in udaipur and developed a love for art since the very early days. I developed a passion for Fine art , Fashion, Commercial and Documentary photography.
Personally I enjoy Traveling , documenting Village life and Culture. Being an introvert, I found photography as a medium to communicate to other people using my imaginative and creative approach towards work. Photography for me is all about passion. The passion to express an idea through creative imagery and to evolve that imagery using every element of imagination. With each image that I create, I aim to produce something which evokes passion in the viewer – that combination of elements which not only looks good but also inspires at the same time.
My work is defined by an attentive use of light and colours, two of my favourite things. I love spending time evaluating both before a shoot, planning a lighting setup that creates the exact mood I want the images to convey and colours that enhance that same feeling, all working in harmony with one another.
Being a professional photographer doesn’t happen overnight. I have learned so much about lighting, composition and having worked in different genres of photography. I continue to learn something new every day and I soak up all the knowledge that I can. Each photo that I can capture is a priceless moment in time cause that’s a moment that you can’t get back and to be able to capture something like that is truly special.
