EXHIBITION HIGHLIGHTS

CONSUMER ELECTRONIC IMAGING FAIR (CEIF 2024) HIGHLIGHTS

Consumer Electronic Imaging Fair 2024 took place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai from 11th-13th Jan 2024.FUJIFILM India showcased a comprehensive array catering to both photography and videography aficionados. This included their X and GFX series cameras, high-resolution XF lenses, G mount lenses, Binoculars, Premista lenses, and a diverse selection of instax instant cameras, alongside the innovative Smartphone printer.

Additionally, FUJIFILM introduced Quick Snap FLASH Superia X-TRA 400, a disposable camera pre-loaded with 400 film for instant photography. With its hassle-free functionality, this easy-to-use camera requires no manual settings, making it perfect for capturing everyday moments. Customers visited the booth to experience firsthand the capabilities of FUJIFILM’s GFX and X series cameras in various themed zones such as the wildlife and wedding setups. Furthermore, FUJIFILM X Ambassadors graced the booth, offering valuable insights and engaging with attendees.

Mr. Koji Wada, Managing Director of FUJIFILM India, said, “At FUJIFILM India, our heritage revolves around perfecting this forever charm of analog imaging. Consequently, whenever we launch a new film-based product it resonates deeply with us because of our company’s roots. As the younger generation embraces this nostalgic and retro aesthetic amidst the digital age, we aspire to equip them with the right tools to preserve these traditions.”

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS

“A Walk through the Streets of Bengaluru” - Moustapha. M (Bengaluru)

A workshop was conducted by Moustapha. M on the topic “A Walk through the Streets of Bengaluru” on 7th Jan 2024 at Pottery Town, Bangalore. The workshop offered a captivating exploration of Bangalore’s cultural and architectural tapestry. Participants delved into the city’s rich history, guided by Mustafa’s insightful commentary on landmarks, heritage sites, and hidden gems. The workshop fostered a deeper appreciation for Bengaluru’s diverse heritage, creating a memorable experience for all attendees passionate about the city’s unique charm and character.

“Art of Wedding Cinematography” - Divyam Mehrotra (Indore)

A wedding cinematography workshop was conducted on 15th Jan 2024 by Divyam Mehrotra in Indore. Renowned for his storytelling skills, Divyam shared insights on crafting compelling narratives, mastering technical aspects, and enhancing post-production magic using his FUJIFILM X series Cameras. This immersive experience equips cinematographers to be professionals, with the skills to create visually stunning and emotionally resonant wedding films.

“Art of Wedding Cinematography” – Dinesh Verma (Bhopal)

A workshop was conducted by Dinesh Verma about “Art of Wedding Cinematography” on 16th Jan 2024 in Indore. Attendees delved into the intricacies of capturing timeless moments, learning from his expertise. The session at this picturesque venue was a perfect blend of theory and hands-on experience on X series cameras, enriching participants’ cinematography skills.

“Cinematic Weddings with FUJIFILM” - Vikas Babu (UP)

Two Cinematic Wedding workshops were conducted by Vikas Babu on 15th and 16th Jan, 2024 in Kushinagar & Deoria, UP. The event showcased the seamless integration of creativity and technology using X series Cameras. Participants gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience, elevating their proficiency in capturing cinematic moments.

“Art of Wedding Photography workshop” - Bappi Ghoshal (Jharkhand)

A workshop on Art of Wedding Photography was conducted by Bappi Ghoshal on 24th – 25th Jan 2024 in Godda & Dumka, Jharkhand. With a wealth of experience and creative insights, he shared valuable techniques, storytelling approaches, and technical expertise. Participants gained practical knowledge, enhancing their skills to capture the essence and emotion of weddings through compelling visuals.

“Cinematic Weddings with FUJIFILM” - Gautam Variya (Bihar)

Cinematic Weddings workshop was conducted by Gautam Variya on 27th Jan, 2024 in Jehanabad, Bihar. Event highlighted the fusion of creativity and technology through the X series Cameras. Attendees acquired valuable insights and practical skills, enhancing their ability to capture cinematic moments with finesse.

FIRMWARE UPDATES:

New firmware updates were announced by FUJIFILM for X series cameras & XF lenses in January with more advanced exposure tracking Features, performance, & much more. Camera & lens models which got new firmware update includes X-H2S, X-H2, X-T5, X-T4, X-T3, X-S20, X-S10, X-T30 II, XF16-55mm , File Transmitter FT-XH.
