X Summit 2023 BKK Highlights
Fujifilm X Summit 2023 was held at Hua Lamphong Train station situated in Bangkok, Thailand. Director and Senior Vice President, Mr. Masato Yamamoto shared the history of the Fujifilm X Summit and how Fujifilm has organized the X Summit event across the world including countries from Dubai to Tokyo to now Bangkok. He shared the unprecedented demand for the 5th generation X Series, naming the X-H2s, X-H2 and X-T5 and the new product being launched will meet expectations.
New Product Announcements in X Summit
1. “FUJIFILM X-S20” EXPLORE THE UNSEEN WORLD
“FUJIFILM X-S20” was announced on May 24, 2023. The New X-S20 is designed for both stills and video creation, X-S20 offers a powerful combination of creative features and cutting-edge technology in a lightweight body. From high-resolution 6.2K footage to stopping action at up to 20 frames-per-second in stills, it’s ready to take on any creative challenge, delivering stunning colors in challenging conditions.
2. “FUJINON XF8mm F3.5 R WR” Small is Beautiful
“FUJINON XF8mm F3.5 R WR” was announced on May 24, 2023. The New XF8mm F3.5 R WR features an ultra-wide 121° angle of view , so you can capture the world around you, perfect for dynamic still compositions and wide video capture. Its compact , lightweight , and weather – resistant design means it can be carried everywhere and used in challenging conditions.
3. “FUJIFILM X App”
Fujifilm X App was announced on May 24, 2023. The New X App elevates your photographic experience with seamless connectivity and unparalleled convenience. Enjoy stable and lightning-fast wireless communications, effortlessly transfer your stunning pictures, and remotely operate your GFX / X Series camera from your connected smartphone or tablet.
4. Firmware updates
Firmware updates were announced by Fujifilm for X and GFX series cameras with more advanced autofocus algorithm, motion prediction algorithms, subject detection capability, X App compatibility and much more.
